Appearance: Pale yellowish green.
Aroma: Mix of fresh cut grass and peaches. Second steeping gets a roasted corn smell.
Taste: Mild astringency at the front of the mouth with a bit of clean grass flavor. Grass flavor becomes more pronounced along with peach on the swallow. Peach lingers in the aftertaste with just a hint of nuttiness. Second steeping very similar flavor to the first.
Mouthfeel: Light-medium bodied. Similar feeling to a slightly dry wine after swallow.
Overall: Nice subtle green tea. Gives you fruity flavor solely from tea leaves instead of flavorings. Due to its subtlety is best sipped slowly vs some of the stronger flavored green and black teas.
