Masala Chai

I have tried other masala chai blends, and I always come back to Slushlyo! It's the only one spicy enough for me. I used to make it with fat free organic milk, but I am trying to cut back on dairy-for a couple of nightmarish days I thought I might have to give up my beloved chai, as I don't like the taste of many milk substitutes. However I fortunately tried it with cashew milk, and I found this to be the most similar in taste and consistency to dairy milk, so I'm happy as a clam again. I far prefer the loose leaf method to the sachets, or the concentrate-these are fine, but I like a high level of spicy flavor, and brewing it in a pan brings out the bite! Plus, I like to add my own sugar-I am not a fan of sweet drinks, and most premized chais are too sweet for me. This leaves it up to me! I will definetly purchase again-please don't ever stop making this!
